In wake of the disastrous earthquakes and tsunamis that hit Japan two Fridays ago, our favorite Berkeley band the Morning Benders released an EP to raise some funds. The band was scheduled to perform in Tokyo for the first time last week. Front man Chris Chu was particularly excited to return to the land of his birth, and thus all the more motivated to do what he could to help out after the disaster struck. 100% of the proceeds go to the Japan Society's Earthquake Relief Fund - way to go Morning Benders!
